Returns & Exchange

1.     Exchange / Return is allowed only within 15 days from product receipt. 

2.     Exchange / Return is allowed only if damaged / wrong product / wrong size has been delivered.

3.     All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

In case the product is delivered as ordered but the customer wants to exchange the product, the customer is bound to bear a flat rate of Rs. 100 as courier charges.

In case of our fault we will exchange & deliver the product free of cost.
However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. 

4.     In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your account.

In case you opt for refund/return of an item which was discounted, Shipping charges+COD charges ( in case of COD delivery ) will be deducted from order amount. 

6.     In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, Free item MRP will be debited from order amount until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
